Ituze center has partnered with Nkanga Parish since January 2023. We provide Breath Body Mind and yoga to high school students ( Groupe scolaire Nyiragiseke) and youth in Nkanga Parish, Bugesera District.
This pose is also known as "Adho Mukha Svanasana" in Sanskrit. It is a fundamental and widely practiced yoga posture that is often used as a resting pose and is part of various yoga sequences.
